How's your day first in Ramadan? Alhamdulillah, I wish all of us will be blessed with Barakah and may Allah accept all our deeds throughout 30 days of this holy month.
For us (wife), let's gain more 'pahala' by preparing good food for iftar. Have you figure out what to be served for today? This is what I had in my mind right now. A simple and quickest meal to cook yet highly nutritious to help our body regain back energy that we might have lost during the day. (As this is also Ezal's favourite, it's kind of rewarding him for his first day fasting :p)
Steamed Salmon served with Tartar sauce
Sauteed Potatoes
Coleslow

In the other hand,
This is one of dinner we had during the weekend: home made lamb chop with mushroom gravy. My first attempt on preparing them through a 'Blogspot' teacher! Yayy to noorsha.blogspot for sharing such an awesome recipe!!
Happy fasting people!
