182: Dinner @ Intercontinental Hotel

Myself with the sweetest Mother-In-Law during a dinner at  Grand Ballroom, Intercontinental Hotel (formerly known as Hotel Nikko)  last two weeks. Looking from the slide show slotted in between the dinner, I understood that the occasion is a yearly event held by Jemaah Dato'-Dato' Perlis for honouring the Perlis King's Birthday; Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin ibni Syed Putra Jamalullail. We were served with a 9-course meal throughout the 'Majlis Santapan Malam'..nice, thanks to Father-In-Law for inviting us to attend such event :)

Turqoise water tasted lychee :p, food were great, Harith Iskander's performance was even greater while Noryn Aziz was just okay (Who am I to judge her singing anyway :p) hihi, no offence. But for  Harith, thumbs up for you.  Really an outstanding stand-up comedian. World class!!

That's all about the dinner. Nothing different from any gala dinner or other function alike. Except for a 70's song performed by the live band which now is famously known among the youngsters because of "Hantu Kak Limah Balik Rumah"..yep, I'm talking about Soley Soley =)  Search for soley soley at youtube, you'll see lots of comments in Malay recently.haha..
