How to?
1. Go to Starbucks and order a Grande Java Chips (this is up to your choice) :p
2. Pay for your drinks/food.
3. Cashier then will issue 2 receipts upon your payment: your purchase receipt and another one that has a customer code (a code for you to fill in their online survey website). If you don't get one, request! :D
4. Keep that receipt as you may need it later to redeem your free tall beverage after you complete the survey and receive your Complimentary Beverage ID.
5. Log on to www.mystarbucksvisit-my.com
6. Start filling in the survey:
7. Finally, another Tall Java Chips (any beverage) for FREE! Enjoy the treat!! :D
P/s: Redeemable at any Starbucks outlet within 14 days from the date of receipt.
